This book, despite its Australian focus, defined for me the whole concept of customer value. I owned the book previously in paperback under its previous name, but not on kindle yet & I've been slowly working on getting my favorites on here (as well as new ones) & finally got around to completing this series. It's so hard to find Foreman's work for sale, so this was a real treat.
